On the contrary, they were a bit of a source of fascination for me...

Did you know the word 'zombie' comes from West African and Haitian folklore? A person who passed away who was brought back by a sorcerer was called a zombie, and it's said the sorcerer had full control of them.

There are actual cases of this happening... beyond the confines of camp.
